Two studios in Kaohsiung. Every student is taught by me. Start with a 45-minute trial — we play, you read, you decide. No obligation, and no follow-up pressure.
These prices are carried over from the October draft and have not been confirmed with you. They are the single most sensitive number on the site — a parent decides whether to enquire partly on this line. Tell me the real numbers and I will rebuild this section.
Two to four students of a similar age and level. The chart teaching is identical; the group only changes the count-in.
Most children can read a basic chart at seven or eight. Younger beginners, five to six, do better with 30-minute lessons built around steady-beat work and rhythm games rather than notation.
In person in Kaohsiung is the gold standard — the whole point of the method is playing together. Online works well for overseas students and busy families, and you will need a practice pad or electronic kit at home.
Nothing for the first month. After the trial we talk. Used kits start around NT$8,000–15,000. Do not overspend on a first kit — the player matters more than the gear.
Most students take one lesson a week, which at NT$1,800 is NT$7,200 a month. That is comparable to one chain-school class plus a private lesson. 4-packs and 12-packs save 12–16%.

Yes — and for children under ten, your presence actively helps. Bring a notebook, write down the practice plan, and help at home. Many parents end up learning the chart themselves.
Yes. Adults often progress faster because they can self-correct. Complete beginners start at step one like everyone else — there is no separate "adult beginner" track.
